Thank you for helping us “Uncover People who Care about ECMH”!  By completing this questionnaire, you will help us put early childhood mental health (ECMH) supporters on the map.  We want to connect with anyone and everyone throughout the Commonwealth who cares about the mental health of our youngest residents.  The information you provide will contribute to a “heat map” showing where people in Massachusetts “Care about ECMH”.  This visual will be shared with you and other stakeholders.

 

The first 200 individuals in each region of Massachusetts who complete the questionnaire and provide contact information may get a free face cover to show-off your support for the ECMH Matters! movement (up to 1,200 masks total).

  • Make new connections with others who care about early childhood mental health.
  • Join in future capacity building opportunities
  • Promote what you do to support young children’s mental health
  • Find new ways to take action to show ECMH Matters! to you
