This interactive event will focus on what patients, families, and caregivers can do in the wake of getting a new diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) and how healthcare professionals can best support them. Produced in collaboration with Northeastern University, this conference will provide honest discussions of the patient journey, solutions for navigating the healthcare system, patient empowerment, and how elements of Participatory Medicine are reflected in patient and healthcare professional behaviors. We will represent a multidisciplinary and interprofessional approach to MS with the patient and caregivers at the center of the care team.
The first 25 students to sign up using this survey will be granted free admission to the event.
